La Voix Du Nord (The voice of the North)

So Friday I saw a poster advertising for La Voix Du Nord singing competition auditions being today at 1 and tomorrow at 5. I went today for my audition and I rather enjoyed the kind criticism they gave me, I mean The Next Star and Canada's Got Talent didn't do that so it was very much welcomed. Now I have the waiting game to play to see if I make it to the next round. Fingers crossed ^-^

Anime North 2013

That time is rapidly approaching again, Anime North. I'm really hoping to go again this year, but that all depends on me friends since it's so much cheaper than doing a single pre-reg. As this convention approaches I wonder what I'll do for a cosplay if I go since the boots I use for my OC cosplay are officially dead after so many years of use. I hope I can go since a friend that I haven't seen in some time is going, I miss Manah *pouts*. Moving along I kind of have to wonder if, since the cosplayers I seem to follow here and on Youtube are American, any of said cosplayers would show up at Anime North. Coming to a close

So summer is rapidly coming to its close for yet another year and soon I will be moving away from home, into my new home which will be my college. Now it's time to gather the rest of the missing items for myself and to gather the courage to contact my roommate before moving. My how time's flown the past four years, it seems like I've grown up and yet I'm still that child that I long to be on occassion. No more of that, it's time to suck it up and grow up like I should (by grow up I mean learn how to behave in public XD). I'm sure there will be many drawings, short stories and possible poems that will be posted that keep me sane while I'm away
